The industrial park


has a surface of 300'000 m2 of which 220'000 m2 is built. Grolley enjoys a strategic position of first choice in relation to the large axles of communication and the poles of interests.

The existing transport system is optimal:

Railroad: the Swiss Federal Railway CFF (Freiburg - Yverdon) crosses the center of the industrial park
Road Network: 10 km to the two motorways A1, A12 and to Freiburg, 40 km to Bern and 65 km to Lausanne
Air Traffic: 10 km of the airport of Payerne, less than one hour to the International Airports of Bern and Geneva and less than 2 hours to those of Zürich and Basle
The price of the industrial ground is moderate and can be negotiated according to the added value and the workstations created.
